I, the victor . . . will not be overcome. I will not lay down my sword in silent subjugation. I will not accept the unacceptable. I will not forgive the unforgivable. And should I fall, it will be with the knowledge that I will rise again. Because I have survived the worst, and I will be victorious.
Victors in Survival was created with the eventual and continued healing of victims of sexual abuse in mind. This community is intended to be a place for and by survivors.
All people who have been victims of sexual abuse are welcome, regardless of what stage they are at in healing, gender, religion, culture, ethnicity or any other factors.
We also welcome the loved ones of survivors as Vicarious Victors (Secondary Survivors) in the hopes of providing support, awareness and resources for those you love.
We welcome you to a community of not victims of abuse, not survivors of abuse, but VICTORS.
